Villanova College Year 12 Mentoring Breakfast

The Year 12 cohort built upon the great energy generated from their Retreat experience gathered in Goold Hall for their Mentoring breakfast. It was part of a series of events for Year 12, including their Retreat and the annual Staff/Senior Banquet. Fifty ‘mentors’ from the professions, trades, business and education attended. The ‘mentors’ were from the parent, past student and wider communities. Students chose to have breakfast at the tables where the ‘mentors’ were from careers that interested the student. Halfway through breakfast, the students moved to a table of different interest.

Guest speakers in the video were: past students Paul Weightman (class of 78 ), John Godwin (class of 86) and Pat Franco (class of 2020). Breakfast was cooked and served by the Year 11 Certificate 111 Hospitality students.
