Thirty one Villanova College staff and students spent their September holidays in the Philippines. All are members of the Australian Filipino Augustinian Solidarity or AFAS. In its 29th year, AFAS enables students to engage in a cultural and emersion experience in Augustinian connected situations. Relationship are strengthened and participants are enriched. The 2019 experience drew absolute positive praise from the students who readily claim they have been enriched.
While the AFAS students were in the Philippines, the work of the 2018 AFAS Elders was blessed on Kinatarkan Island, Cebu.
